This is the plan today.

3J Substation will not be de-energized Friday, Oct 12

C Substation will be de-energized Friday, October 12 at 10:30 to close a breaker, re-energized shortly there after.
Buildings affected: 912, 913-lighting, Fan house A, Target building north, EEA, E10, F10, G18, H18, I18

RHIC A & C Alcoves On Friday, October 12 starting at 0830 at the 1004 area of RHIC, power to 208V panelboards for rack power, beam instrumentation, and control will be de-energized to tie in UPS's.outages will proceed around the ring both clockwise and counterclockwise. 

This will continue into Monday, October 15 if not completed Friday.

B-928 Automatic Transfer Switch will be tied in on Monday, October 15 starting at 0830.  This requires the normal/emergency panel to be de-energized.  This panel feeds several UPS that have alternate sources.  However, E-10 UPS will not have any power until the tie-in is complete.  Also, auxiliaries for the Siemens MG set will not be available.  This work should be completed by 1630.

B-1005H - Tie in of new air compressor - Tentatively, Tuesday October 16 or Wednesday October 17, power to Building 1005H will be de-energized to tie in feed for the new compressor.  Times to be firmed up next week.

Power Modifications for RHIC RF - This work will be performed October 18 & 19, Thursday and Friday.

B-1010 & 1012 - Power outage is required to tie in feed for new air conditioning units being installed.
