Scheduling Meeting Minutes: 10 Dec 2007

Here are the tasks discussed at the Scheduling Meeting today:

 Tuesday morning:
 - Don Bruno wants to do a couple of ramps with a new Beta* lattice 
 to see if it works.  If SteveT has the new lattice ready this will 
 happen at the end of the first store Tuesday morning. To be 
 discussed again at the 9:00AM meeting.

 Tuesday morning:
 - After the two ramps for Don, then at the beginning of the next 
 store Angelika and PHENIX will work together to understand the 
 origin of the PHENIX backgrounds by bringing the beams into and out 
 of collision at 8OClock.  This should take the first ~30 minutes of 
 this store.  Physics will continue when this study is completed.

 Wednesday morning:
 - APEX starts at 5:00AM til 5:00PM.

 Friday morning:
 - STAR will use a 6 bunch store for ~2 hours on the first store of 
 the day shift.

 Once a week, Angelika will repeat her vernier scans.  Exact 
 schedule to be determined later.
 Otherwise the schedule will continue to operate for Physics Running 
 on Weekends and Evening and Owl shifts during the week.  There will 
 be Beam Development on the Day Shift during weekdays.
