Maintenance Day: STAR expects to require 8:00-16:00 to complete laser work. C-AD Technicians will be allowed off between 9:00-10:30 to attend the party.
Proposal to do part of the APEX program to the day shift Tuesday (9 hours) leaving 4 hours of APEX to be completed on Wednesday morning before the Maintenance Day. APEX will do a yellow squeeze
Tuesday, immediately after the morning meeting, do the yellow beta* squeeze work, along with Angelika’s collimation of yellow. This should be completed by ~noon, when the beam is delivered over for physics running until late Tuesday night when the APEX program comes back on, shortened by the time used for yellow squeeze work.
Monday: scrubbing, physics
Tuesday: 9:30 hysteresis ramp to prepare for yellow squeeze (PHENIX access), 12:00 physics, 20:00-22:00 APEX starts
Wednesday: APEX til 8:00(7:00 Injectors off),8:00 Maintenance, (9:00-10:30 party), 15:30 PHENIX swept, 16:00 STAR swept, 17:00 start filling for physics
Thursday-Sunday: Physics and development of stable running for the holidays.
