Scheduling Meeting Minutes: 19 Nov 2007

There wil be a scheduled maintenance day on Wednesday 5 Dec 2007 
 affecting RHIC, AGS, Booster, LINAC and BLIP.

 The maintenance day will begin with LOTO of the LINAC at 6:00 AM on 
 5-Dec-2007 to allow BLIP to cool down.
 AGS will be LOTOed at 6:30.
 RHIC will be shut down for access to the experiments at 8:00 AM.

 BLIP will come back on at 11:00
 AGS will be closed up starting at 12:00.
 RHIC IRs will go off LOTO at 13:00
 RHIC Experiments will go to Controlled Acces starting at 15:00
 with the plan to deliver beam again by 16:00.


 Prior to the maintenance day, the plan is to do machine development 
 tomorrow (Tuesday)
 from 16:00 - 20:00 when APEX starts.  This gives the day shift 
 Tuesday to the Experiments.


 This evening the plan is to use a 59x59 bunch beam to study the 
 Yellow lifetime
 when all systems are turned off, such as stochastic cooling, gap 
 cleaning,
 rebucketing in order to understand why the Yellow lifetime is so poor.
